PRIMARY FUNCTION:

This position is primarily responsible for being a product-at-large expert who maintains the frontline of technical and customer services for Saris Infrastructure while supporting sales managers.

SPECIFIC DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Fields inbound channels (phone, email, chat, messenger) sales requests and answers consumer questions and solves issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provides order entry functions for mail order customers and other key accounts and seeks opportunities to grow the infrastructure product portfolio within these specific accounts
• Assists sales managers with prospecting for and bidding on building projects in the contractor sales channel
• Utilizes multiple software platforms, for order entry, customer support, to document orders and consumer contacts and to create bike room layouts for customers
• Troubleshoots product issues and handles warranty claims and return processes
• Works with shipping and production departments to coordinate timely and efficient delivery of orders to customers
• Requires some travel to trade shows, dealer sales, and other company events.
• Assists sales managers on other departmental tasks as required

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service or sales experience
• Professional communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product information
• Highly organized with good follow through
• Proficient in Microsoft office. Navision and design software experience a plus
• Willingness to travel to trade shows and meetings as needed
• Cycling experience highly preferred
